Fair Play vs. Win at All Cost

At Summit Youth Sports we don’t just pay lip service to sportsmanship or character development, we live it everyday, at home, practice, school, or game day.

The win at all cost mentality is not tolerated. We strive for each player to play at least 50% based on a max roster . All coaches are screened and have accountability for enthusiasm, excellence, and offering encouragement to the children they coach.
